Hi, I'm a journalist from Florida. I contracted MRSA, Ecoli, Psuedomonus and Cellulitus in 2006. After seeking help at virtually every top-notch American facility I ventured to the Republic of Georgia. My infections had reached my spine and bloodstream. At 26, I faced my mortality face-to-face. The Georgian people saved my life; their kindness and support carried me through the absolute most diffucult experience imaginable. I was so overdosed on antibiotics and steroids I later began to have seizures and severe depression and emotional outbursts. Today, I am completely healed and am dedicated to informing Westerners of this awesome place so far away. Are you Laura Roberts brother? I spoke with her before I went. I'll admit I was afraid to go there and her encouragement was a profound counterpart in my decision to go. I am working on a series of articles and a book about this expereince. The first article will be published in Jan. I would like very much to talk to Ms. Roberts again, as well as yourself. I am receiving a settlement from the first surgeon who botched me up initially and would really like to use a vast sum of the proceeds to go back there to help Georgia and the clinic.
